1. I forgot my app password
Click here and fill up your registered e-mail id to proceed to get new password.
2. I am not receiving notifications on my app
You can logout of the app and re-login and see if you get notiifcations. If not, then please e-mail us at support@kproots.com from your registered e-mail id and we will help you out.
3. I did not received my QR code
Please email us at support@kproots.com from your registeed email id along with the vehicle no. that was registered and we will re-send the QR code.
4. I got my QR code but it says as inactive on scan
You will have to just login in the app once to make it active.
5. What is push notification and why should I enable it?
When user login using web login, they see an option to enable push notifications. Once enabled the button caption will change to disable push notifications. On enabling it you will receive notification on your device through web browser. You should enable it so that you do not miss on any notifications. You can disable it as and when you want to.
6. I am iphone user
We will soon be coming up with iphone app too. You can still receive notification now on your email and web. To get notification via web you will have to login to our web app at https://vehiclescan.kproots.com/web/user/. User name is your vehicle no. and the password is which you set yourself during registration. Once logged in, you need to enable push notifications and you are ready to receive web notifications.
